About Me

My photo
Don Christian
I grew up in Elgin, Illinois where my dad was the principal of the Lutheran school and my mother raised four of us while staying at home. Hard to believe that after 50+ years she is still living in that same house. While I am now in the ranks of academia, it is hard to believe I ended up here. My career began as a high school band director - then moved to the pastoral assistant of a large urban church, then to high school administration, and now...well, you get the idea - God had other plans. So after earning doctorate in management and leadership - after serving as the Headmaster of a Lutheran High School - after teaching leadership - I'm now ready to blog about it. Hope you'll read, respond and enjoy!
